Exclusive! Natal old hat. Virtual Reality headsets still the future.

Here you can see me testing out a prototype model of a very special “virtual reality” headset. The amazing device allows you to practically enter the gaming world, behaving like a massive 40 inch, 4:3 television set. It displays the Xbox 360 graphics at a gigantic 480p, and even plays the audio straight into your ears in stereo sound!

The sense of immersion in the game is absolutely amazing – it’s just like being there! – and it’s quite clear to me that virtual reality glasses are going to be the future of gaming in about 10 years, when we all drive around in flying cars and probably live on Mars!

EDIT: Tim found this piece of crap in a cupboard somewhere in his flat, and gave it to me as some kind of “gift”. It’s bloody terrible. I was almost violently ill after only 20 minutes of GTA IV.
